3. Payment Terms:

Payment terms will be specified in the individual client agreement or proposal. We typically require payment in advance for 30 days of the agreed-upon services. Late payments may incur a late payment fee of $30.

4. Intellectual Property:

Client Content: You retain all ownership rights to the content you provide to us.

Agency Created Content: We retain ownership rights to the marketing materials we create for you, including but not limited to website copy, blog posts, social media content, and advertising creatives. Upon full payment for services, you will typically receive a license to use these materials for your business purposes, as outlined in your agreement.

Our Website: All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is our property and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use any content from our websites without our prior written consent.

5. Confidentiality:

We will keep all client information confidential. We will not disclose your confidential information to any third party without your prior written consent, except as required by law.

6. Disclaimer:

We strive to provide high-quality marketing services. However, we do not guarantee specific results. Marketing outcomes can be influenced by many factors beyond our control, such as market conditions, competitor actions, and changes in search engine algorithms. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our services.

Our liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or our services shall be limited to the total amount you have paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
